Industrial Chiller CWFL-2000BNW12 is specially designed for 2000W handheld laser welding machine. It boasts dual cooling circuits that can simultaneously cool both the fiber laser and the optics/laser gun. With excellent workmanship, efficient cooling, easy installation and maintenance, industrial chiller CWFL-2000BNW12 is an ideal cooling device for your handheld laser welding machine. It's also suitable to cool the handheld fiber laser cleaners/cutters/engravers.
Industrial chiller CWFL-2000BNW12 is user-friendly in that users no longer need to design a rack to fit in the laser and the rack water chiller. With a built-in industrial chiller, after installing the user's handheld laser welder on the top or right side, it constitutes a portable and mobile handheld laser welder. Laser gun holder & cable holder make it easy to place the laser gun and cables, saving space, and can easily be carried to the processing site in various application scenarios.

Note:

4. Location of the chiller should be well ventilated environment. There must be at least 50cm from the obstacles to the air outlet which is on the top of the chiller and should leave at least 30cm between obstacles and the air inlets which are on the side casing of the chiller.

The intelligent control panel offers two independent temperature control systems. One is for controlling the temperature of the fiber laser and the other is for controlling the temperature of the optics.

The water level indicator has 3 color areas - yellow, green and red.
Yellow area - high water level
Green area - normal water level.
Red area - low water level.
