Description:
S&A compressor refrigeration industrial water chiller CWFL-2000 with dual temp control function is produced by Guangzhou Teyu Electromechanical Co., Ltd. Our brands"S&A" and "TEYU" have gained approval and trust from thousands of manufacturer at home and abroad which enables our product export rate maintained at over 60% in long-term.
S&A CWFL series chiller is special for cooling Raycus, IPG, Max, nLIGHT, trumpf, Rofin and SPI fiber laser.
CWFL-2000 chiller is special applied for cooling 2000W fiber laser which is able to cool the fiber laser and optic lense at the same time, multiple use for saving cost, space and manual move, quiteconvenient for the user.
S&A industrial water chillers are popular for its 2 temperature control modes as constant temperature and intelligent temperature control. Under intelligent mode, the water temperature is adjusted according to ambient temperature. With that 1 key solution, customers no longer need to worry about the water temperature adjustment of seasonal changes.
Features:
1. 6500W cooling capacity; optional environmental refrigerant;
2. ±0.5°C precisely temperature control; The temperature range of S&A chiller is 5°C to 35°C, the controllable lowest water temperature depends on the heat load of cooled machine and cooling capacity of chiller. However, S&A suggest the best running temp is 20°C to 30°C for the chiller.
3. The intelligent temperature controller has 2 control modes, applicable to different applied occasions; with various setting and display functions;
4. Dual temperature to satisfy different needs of fiber laser device and the lens;
5. With Ion adsorption filtrating and test functions conform to fiber laser device operating requirements;
6. Multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm and over high / low temperature alarm;
7. Multiple power specifications; CE, RoHS and REACH approval;
8. The chiller supports the Modbus-485 communication protocol, which can realize the communication between the laser system and multiple chillers. It can mainly realize two functions: to monitor the working state of the chiller and modify the parameters of the chiller.
9. Long working life and simple operation; Optional heater and water filter.
