Machine introduction:

•Stable light route with high precision and quick process speed.

•The cutting line width can reach 0.1mm-0.8mm.

•Laser pulse width can be 0.02-0.15ms (continuous adjusting).

•Max cutting thickness is 5mm stainless steel (500W YAG)

When you purchase a laser machine from `our` company, we will strongly suggest our customer send their engineer to our company to get a training free of charge; If their engineer has the basic knowledge of CorelDraw/AutoCAD/Photoshop, the training will be going more fluently, and it will only take three days.
2. During the training, we will teach them the general operation rule, maintenance method, and the solution of the general problems of the machines.
3. During the working process of the laser machine at the customer facilities, if there is any very difficult problems which the customers don t know how to solve, we will provide the corresponding solution to customers via telephone or internet (such as e-mail, MSN , Skype) .
4. If the problems still can t be solved via telephone and internet, we will send our technical engineer to visit customer facilities to solve the problem directly according to the actual situation at that moment.
