JC-1625 Flatbed digital cutting system can realize through cutting, half cutting, creasing, milling, punching and nesting with high speed and high precision. With conveyor table, JC-1625 can complete the material feeding and collecting with fast speed. It is quite suitable for sample making, short-run and mass production in Sign & Graphic, Packaging, Automotive, Gasket industries.

 Through the identification of cameras, as well as the positionging of the function of the CCD,and auxiliary cutting machine. Perfect meet customer requirements. Production of high quality products.

Oscillating Knife

The EOT is ideally suited for cutting softer,medium-density materials. The high oscillating frequency makes it possible to cut at high processing speeds for greater throughput. To accommodate different substrates and levels of detail, Ameida offers a wide range of both flat and pointed oscillating blades.
Drag Knife The Universal Cutting Tool is perfect for through-cutting materials with thicknesses up to approx. 5mm/3/16". The use of drag knives allows for maximumprocessing speeds,and compared to motor-driven tools, the UCT is very inexpensive to purchase and maintain. A spring-loaded glide,shoe permits cutting very fine details. Optionally, a fixed glide shoe can be used for cutting at set depths.
V-cut

The V-Cut Tool is the perfect tool for producing complex structural designs from foamcore or sandwich board materiails. The well thought-out design of this tool makes for quick tool changes and easy, precise setting of the various cutting angles. The tool can be set for cutting at different angles
Round knife Cutting single-layer textile products, wool, carbon fiber, glass fiber, blackout cloth, etc.
Extremely fast, good at cutting single-layer large pieces, large-angle graphics, and serious over-cutting. Small graphics should not be cut.
Crease Wheels
 The CTT is perfect for prcessing single-wall corrugated cardboard. the tool produces high-quality creases both with and against the corrugation without tearing or cracking the top layer, the crease wheels simply snap into the holder, making them very to insert and replace.
Milling tool AT the heart of RZ is a 300w router spindle which operates at up to 60000rpm, depending on material and application. In combination with the 3mm bits Ameida offers, this routing/engraving tool delivers solid performance in a wide range of applications. Aside from processing softer materials, the tool can also process more chllenging substrates in multiple passes.
In a few quick steps, the RZ can be converted from routing to engraving. In Engraving mode, the height of the tool relative to the material surface can be precisely adjusted with a micrometer screw.this ensures precision engraving,with consistent line widths and depths.
The airflow from the dust-extraction effectively cools both the router bit and the spindle,which significantly increases their longevity.

Cuts Kraft cardboard, plastic board, fibrous cardboard, KT board,rubber sheet,PP adhesive, reflective material, car stickers,leather, and marking film etc.

Maximum cutting thickness:
PVC\corrugated board: Less than 5mm
